$80 Sephora Haul 💄✨

Here’s everything I got from Sephora for $80:

1) 💄 YSL Rouge Pur Couture Caring Satin Lipstick with Ceramides - $48

Color: Nu Muse - warm neutral nude

☁ I got this as a farewell gift for my coworker who's starting a new chapter in her career. She loves wearing different colors of lipstick, and since she has olive skin, I chose this color to complement her skintone.

2) 🥛 The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum (30mL & 60mL) - $6, $10.80

☁ My partner has recently gotten into skincare and wants to minimize the appearance of his pores. We bought both sizes because Sephora was offering a promotion of 500 points for spending $70, and we were $5 short.

3) 🫧 The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion - $12.10

☁ We got this to incorporate vitamin A into our skincare routine. Retinoid is a derivative of vitamin A and has a stronger potency than retinol, which is also a derivative of vitamin A and a specific type of retinoid.

4) 🫶🏻 free samples 🫶🏻

☁ When you order Sephora online, you always get 2 samples per order. However, shopping in person at Sephora doesn’t always guarantee free samples like online orders do. I feel intimidated to ask for free samples but I love them out, especially perfumes. It doesn’t hurt to ask for free samples!

☁ I ended up paying around $70 because I used my existing points to take $10 off with 500 points. I haven’t checked if I received the 500 points from this purchase and I hope it didn’t get affected by using my points.
