Coffee and matcha lovers galore!!

A mature person would think it’s ridiculous to move to another state just for cute coffee shops… good thing I’m ridiculous 🙈

For someone who lives in an area where everything is commercial or a chain, imagine my delight at finding just a FEW of the cutie coffee/matcha cafes on my LA trip!

1.) Community Goods has been on my radar since seeing it on my friends stories who live in LA ☕️ The iced dirty chai was a 10/10 and later on, my friend and I shared their iced strawberry matcha too (pink drink lovers need to try!!). Not picture but their banana bread set my standards through the roof bc they serve it with a side of passionfruit butter that is UNREALLL

2.) Alfalfa was a coffee shop we went into by accident and discovered that they have ICED OATMILK MATCHA ON TAP LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! We got to sample it and IMMEDIATELY ordered one each because it was so smooth and perfectly sweet (not too sweet, my fave)

3.) If you want to feel bougie and sip your matcha slow, go visit RYKN Cafe in DTLA. The coffee drinks are crafted with new flavors and the atmosphere cannot be beat! It also turns into a sushi restaurant at night which I wanted to try SO bad but unfortunately will have to wait until my next trip 😭

4.) Stumptown Coffee is a brand I only thought sold coffee in stores but they have a physical coffee shop in DTLA! Right down the street from RYKN, so you can get a coffee here and then a sushi box at RYKN 😂 The dirty chai was another slay!!
