Loots from Swiss

I traveled to Switzerland in the last month of 2023 (winter season) and it is definitely a country I’d visit again. ♥️ I went with a tour group and before I even hear it from my tour guide, I was told there are generally 3 souvenirs you will bring back from Swiss- Swiss knife, chocolates or Rolex. I don’t think I ever needed a Swiss knife and I don’t have the money for Rolex so chocolates it is!

🛒Product Item: Giotto

Giotto needs no introduction. Those who usually travel to Europe should know about this gem. It’s a classic hazelnut chocolate ball with hazelnut skimmed milk cream wrapped in a crispy wafer of hazelnut. Each pack has 4 tubes and each tube consists of 9 chocolate balls.

🛒Product Item: Toblero Pralines

Toblero chocolates needs no introduction too. These pralines come in really cute shape which looks like mini mountains. The chocolate centre is really smooth and the crunchy little bits of nougats in it are to die for. This is my personal favourite and I have been popping 3 to 4 in my mouth after dinner recently.

🛒Product Item: Paprika Chips

Claimed to be the most popular chips in switz. It comes with a smoky intense paprika flavour finished with swissalpine salt. After trying one packet in the hotel, I rmb me trying to grab it from any Swiss supermarket I can find. That’s how good it is.

🛒Product Item: Knoppers

Knoppers crispy milk chocolate is ironically from Germany, not Swiss but it’s so good I just have to get it in Swiss. I got the knoppers mini cos I like how convenient it is to just pop the whole cube in your mouth so you won’t create a mess when you bite into the original size ones.

🛒Product Item: Kambly biscuits

Kambly is the Swiss tradition of fine biscuits. The shape of the biscuits caught my eyes initially. They were squarish biscuits with a layer of chocolate in the shape of the famous Matterhorn. How cute! Rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐
