Homemade Dill Pickles! 🥒

I've always wanted to try and make my own pickles, and my dad had an extra cucumber from his garden! I watched a few videos about how to make pickles and got to work

How i made pickles:

🥒 Slice the cucumber into whatever shape you want (thin, thick, spear, waffle) and put the cut-up cucumber in a clean mason jar big enough for all the cucumber and then some

🥒 I added about a cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp of dried dill, 4 cloves of garlic, about a tbsp of salt, and then fill the rest of the jar with water. You can really get creative when adding ingredients to the pickle jar!! I just prefer simple dill pickles

🥒 Let sit in the fridge!! Mine took about 3 days for the flavor to get where i like it, but it can sit for 24 hours and still taste like a pickle!
