Update to my last post, and to that person who said dont move in with friends... one roommate has already moved out.

Quick sum up: They didn't do chores, didn't pitch in, brought a random dog in (didn't ask), and the dog was given up like a week later. They ended up not being able to pay their rent, so they have to move out.
