🏃🏻♀️ 🏃🏻♀️When I was 185 pounds I was more concerned about getting the weight off. I would do straight cardio.
I ate less . every morning I would wake up and run/walk 2 miles and as the months went on and I seen progress, I would walk run at least 6 miles a day.. But when you only do cardio it makes you look like an inflatable balloon.
You don’t have no muscle. I didn’t like that look for me.
💪🏻💪🏻🏃🏻♀️I started going to the gym and I would do cardio a lot still but I also started including weights . I had no one to teach me “form” or how to use and equipment so I would go on TikTok or Pinterest and look up all my workouts. It helped me because I knew what muscle I was targeting. It took me SOME TIME! Like maybe almost a year to see actual muscle 💪🏻 being built
🏋️NOW! I go to the gym 5 days a week it’s my routine now when I don’t go I feel out of place . I started eating more protein and taking crea8. I focus on building muscle 💪🏻 I train until failure , I increase weight every other week . I’m so happy I started and didn’t “start Monday “!
