Fun Easter board!

I cut out a round loaf of bread and filled it with spinach dip. I like the old recipe from Knorr vegetable soup packet. Then garnished the board with veggies for dipping, meats and cheeses.

The Knorr recipe isn't on their packet anymore so here it is:

1 package of frozen spinach (10 oz), thawed & moisture squeezed out

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 packet Knorr vegetable soup mix

1 can water chestnuts chopped

3 green onions

Just combine all ingredients & let chill 2 hours+ before serving. So good with the bread chunks from the cut out round loaf or veggies or crackers... it's just good!

My family loved it.
