Factor 1 : Consuming more calories than your body needs can lead to weight gain, including fat accumulation in the thighs.
🌞Solution : Focus on maintaining a balanced diet and monitoring your calorie intake to ensure you're not overeating. Cut down sugar , carbs intake and try not to eat tooo salty . Too salty can cause water retention . Me myself only consume something super delicious or junk foods when my period visiting soon 😂 otherwise , I don’t really fancy on it and I will make sure I am stay well hydrated by drinking a lot of water 😇
Factor 2: Lack of a physical activity can contribute to overall weight gain and fat accumulation.
🌞Solution : Incorporate regular exercise into your routine, including cardio exercises, strength training, and targeted exercises for the thigh muscles like squat , lunge . This can help burn calories and tone the thigh area.
Factor 3 : Hormonal imbalances, such as those associated with puberty, pregnancy, or menopause, can lead to fat accumulation in specific areas, including the thighs. Also Genetics ( i am fall under this part 😇) genetic predisposition can influence how and where your body stores fat. Some individuals may naturally have a higher tendency to store fat in the thighs.
🌞 Solution : I don’t stop my workout during my last two pregnancy . Will still walk around , focus on more squat and swimming to make sure I’m in a healthy and productive routines . As I know my own genetics caused the most and while we cannot change our genetics, we can work on overall body composition and muscle tone through exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
Last but not least , Be patient, stay consistent with your exercise and nutrition plan, and make sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term results.
