Judge a book by its cover - not people!

We are a military family and are projected to move to Germany this summer. 🤗🇩🇪

That being said I wanted to snag some amazing book deals from our Thirft stores and library to bring with me as I prefer reading books in English rather than German (I was raised in Germany 🤗)

But what books should I choose? I can’t go on Goodreads and check all of the reviews, I also didn’t feel like reading ever back of the book either. So I merely judged all books by their covers and Titels. That’s it! If I like the picture, your coming home with me darling.📖👜

Naturally I now have a very broad variety of genres in my library - and love it. It’s like a delicious little surprise everytime I start a new book.

I have read books I would’ve usually never picked up based on the storyline but I ended up liking them a lot. Obviously some books are a miss but I did find great value in reading them anyway as they bring new insight and aspects in my life.

That being said, I would recommend this to all of my bookish girls!! We all get so comfortable swimming in the same pond but it’s exciting to dip your toes in unfamiliar waters🤗

You can see I have a lot of books on stand by, and I’m not done yet. There’s nothing better than sipping some iced coffee and go thrifting for books and vinyl records (same concept 😅).
