I get so bored of plain protein shakes just with milk and protein powder…
Soooo maybe this is common sense on how to make a milkshake and I don’t know why I’ve never thought of this until now, butttttt:
Blend:
Ice (1/8 filled)
8oz Oat Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
(1Up Nutrition code “RenaeTLF” for 20% off)
2 tbsp of organic cacao nibs
SO good!!! A tasty treat to hit my protein goals!! Blend long enough to blend up the ice but short enough to where I still have some small ice shavings to have the milkshake feeling
(Califia Farms Organic Oat Milk only has 3 ingredients and I’ve loved it so far!)
