Hello beautiful people! 🫶☺️

Today I took myself out to breakfast! Fun-fact, I have never gone to a restaurant alone before & I felt like it was time to take the next step out of my comfort zone in my path to learning to love spending time with myself😇

For those of you that don’t know, once a week I have been taking myself out on adventures or little “dates” in order to grow In independence because I’ve always been a pretty dependent girly🫣

Doing this has helped me so much in becoming more comfortable doing things on my own & that makes me so so happy! I always thought that going to a restaurant alone sounded so scary, when in reality I enjoyed it so much & will be doing it again! It was so peaceful! The key I found is to not care what everyone else thinks, step into your main character energy and own being confident in your own company!

I hope that these posts encourage my fellow dependent girlies out there to step out of their comfort zone with me & take steps in your own self-love journey as well💓

If you are feeling anxious in taking steps to do more things alone just know that I am with you and you can do this!!! I believe in you☺️
