Here are my personal thoughts on the topic. There is a difference between secular music, and demonic music. Artists that openly support and encourage sinful demonic behavior should not be listened to. I personally am a fan of many musical artists that are considered secular. Pay attention to how the music is making you feel and if it’s leading you to have unwanted thoughts, and encouraging poor behavior. Worship music is beautiful, but it’s not wrong to not want to listen to it all the time. God gifted his children with gifts, and one of those gifts is musical talent. There are artists creating music, which a gift from God. As long as they are using their talents accordingly I personally find it ok. Secular music is not good all the time. Make sure music doesn’t become an idol in your life, and pay attention to what it’s causing you to think about. Sometimes music validates our sadness and misery, feelings we don’t want to encourage. Music is an escape for many people, and gives them a sense of peace. Just make sure your first sense of peace is our savior.
