Strawberry Mojito (Mocktail)

Ingredients:

•3 strawberries, sliced

•10 mint leaves

•1 tablespoon of Lime Juice

•1 Teaspoon of Stevia

•1 cup of soda water

•Extra Mint and Strawberries to serve

Instructions:

1. Crush the strawberries and sweetener in a glass to release the juices. Ensure the strawberry pieces are small enough to fit through a straw. (A blender can be used for this step if preferred.)

2. Add the lime juice and stirred vigorously to combine.

3. Confidently clap the mint leaves together in your hands to release the scent.(you’ll know it’s worked when your hands smell minty.)

4. Fill the glass with ice and add soda water stir assertively to combine.

5. Garnish with extra mint leaves and strawberry slices for a visually appealing presentation.
