Sharing some of my favorite witchy wellness tips that will help you glow up and be your best most magical self!
Nature: Spend time in nature! Spending time in nature helps to reduce stress and anxiety it’s super relaxing and rejuvenating. I absolutely love being out doors and going on hikes. Nature is also great for divination like if you see a specific animal that stands out while you’re on a walk or a color in nature really stands out to you, or you notice something like a stick that looks like a rune.
Herbs: Something that has really helped me is learning more about herbs and plants and the healing properties I love working with plant medicine.
Spells: Doing spell work has given me so much confidence and has truly changed my life. I love really working my intentions into a spell.
Tea: I love making different herbal teas and learning more about how different herbs and herbal teas can help your body heal and just feel better in general. I also love storing my intentions for the day into my morning matcha or coffee.
