Wellness Challenge for February💗🌸

A new month is approaching so I’ve decided it’s time to come up with some wellness goals for the month. I’m trying to keep it practical, yet still challenging. Here they are:

- one self care night per week

- stop snoozing the alarm in the morning

- use my standing desk more often

- exercise 4x a week

- read before bed

- 8 hours of sleep each night
