Intimacy Building Exercises For Couples ❤️

Building intimacy is extremely important to do with your partner, no matter what stage in the relationship you are. I hope these exercises are helpful!!

The past couple years my husband and I tried a lot more new things together (such as parasailing, traveling to a new country, and taking dance lessons)! It can be superr easy for us to just get into our routine and not go out and do more things together. But I can say that when we experience new things together (especially when we work together as a team, such as with dance lessons), our intimacy grows a ton!! We grow our friendship and that grows our love for one other.
