Baby Shower Cookies - Crinkle Cookies - Cool Whip Cookies.

I’ve heard them called all sorts of things but in our house we just call them DELICIOUS! 🤤

Ingredients:

1 box Lemon Cake Mix (you can literally substitute this with just about any cake mix: strawberry, devils food etc)

1 8 oz container of Cool Whip

1/2 cup powdered sugar.

In a large bowl add cake mix and cool whip. I like to use a spatula to fold my cool whip in. Incorporate well and mix until you get a doughy consistency.

In a small bowl, pour powdered sugar. I use a little cookie scoop to scoop the dough and place the little ball of dough in the powdered sugar. Use a fork to roll it around until all sides are covered.

Line powdered sugar covered cookies on a prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake @ 350 for 13 minutes.

Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool.

The perfect soft, chewy cookie!
