Wranglers from the heart <3

I’ve always been a fan of some good denim- especially denim that is long enough for my 5”11 self. I always found myself on the hunt for a good brand that makes longer pants with that same authentic denim feel- but being a girl, those longer length options were fairly hard to find.

Being a big fan of vintage clothing, dated denim always stuck out to me because no matter how old the jeans were, the quality was still evidently there. Now a days it can be harder to find real heavy duty denim, as opposed to the stretchier fabric that has become increasingly popular over the years. I always knew my dads parents stored away all of their childhood clothes, so I was hopeful I could find some good denim in their storage to give a second life. Low and behold I discovered a plethora of old Wranglers in my grandparents closet- all of which somehow fit me perfectly. They were my dads jeans in highschool, and he had long legs just like me.

Getting to rewear the statement pieces of his decade makes me so thankful that my family holds onto things, because I truly am an old soul at heart and would choose a pre-worn look over something brand new anyway. But props to Wrangler for always looking out for their longer legged crowd- and for always using high quality denim!👖
