Keeping my Faith as a Mother

Dear Diary,

I’m a relatively new mom and here’s something I’ve learned. It’s hard. So much harder than people make you think. Most days I don’t even change out of my pajamas! I’ve been struggling a LOT here lately. I have a toddler, she’s 2. I feel like it’s impossible to keep up with everything. I just got accepted into nursing school so I can make a better life for us. I’ve been job hunting like every day and hopefully tomorrow I’ll hear back from this latest interview. Upon some self reflection, I have realized how distant I have become with my faith. And I decided to take initiative. I have so much going on 24/7 and in basically living in chaos. So I prayed on it. And I decided to go to church today. And God really spoke to me directly y my pastor. I was speechless. After leaving church with baby girl I had a sense of clarity. I can do this. I can keep going through Christ. I want to share my story and experiences and how God is truly changing my life. And he will do it. 💕🙏🏻
