How to apply press on nails the correct way💅🏼

Hey babes!

Here is an in-depth tutorial on how to apply press on nails the correct way. I love getting my nails done but sometimes don't have the time to go to the nail salon so I love this alternative.

Here is what I do to get a flawless application!

PREP:

Make sure you wash your hands

1. Size each finger and set aside the nails for later application. I like to lay mine out and separate my right hand from my left.

2. File each nail to your liking

3. Using a futile tool, push back your cuticles to allow the nail to lay down correctly

4. Buff each finger to give a rough surface and prep the nail bed

5. Using a nail primer, apply a thin even layer onto each nail. Just like with acrylics and GelX this helps with retention and durability. If you don’t have nail primer you can use an alcohol pad which is fine too.

APPLICATION:

1. Apply each nail at a 45 degree angle. I like to put nail glue on my natural nail and a small dot on the fake nail.

2. Then hold with a little pressure for about 60sec

3. Shape the tip of your nail for a more defined shape

4. Finish with some cuticle oil and your DONE!

I purchased these nails from Walmart and they are made by the brand kiss. I definitely recommend Kiss because they have such a wide variety of classy press on nails to choose from!
