Goal Set with Me- April Goals

One of the best life lessons I've learned as an athlete is goal-setting! 💪🏽⚽

Setting monthly goals helps me stay on track for long-term goals and plan out my priorities.

I'm going to start sharing my monthly goals here so we can keep each other accountable and inspired.

April Goals

✍️ Write one post on my blog, Just Breathe Sports. This month marks 5 years since my ACL surgery, so it'll be a 5year update!

📖 Finish one book. Right now I'm reading The Bone Collector.

🏋🏽‍♀️ Go to the gym 8 times, even if some are just mobility, core, recovery etc. We don't do gym sessions as a team so it's up to me.

💡Plan my pricing for my freelance writing and AI editing services. I already have a long-term client, but my long-term goal is to expand my business full-time. This is one step to get me closer to that!
