Breakfast for dinner is the best!

Today, I decided to change it up a but and make cinnamon roll pancakes!

Just mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together until you get a paste, Roughly

1/3 cup butter

1/2 brown sugar

Cinnamon to taste

I make my own pancake batter, but the store bought works too.

Just put some batter in the pan, swirl the filling on top, then dollop another little bit of batter on top to keep the sugar in the middle and to keep it from burning.

So easy, yummy, and kid approved!

Serve with bacon or sausage and a side of fruit!
