High Protein Oreo Pudding

I am obsessed with these high protein pudding desserts! I made a strawberry banana one last week & today I made this Oreo one. I got the recipe from the creator “trainwithshay” on TikTok. She posts a lot of healthy high protein recipes that actually taste like the real thing! ❤️

Mix 1 bottle of Fairlife Core Protein Chocolate Shake (the one with 42g of protein) with 1 box of sugar free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix. Mix until it’s a pudding consistency. Then add 20g of sugar free/fat free whip cream on top. Finish it off with 4 crushed mini Oreos.

That’s 42g of protein & 520 calories! Sounds like a lot of calories, but you don’t have to eat it all in one sitting. I split mine into 6 equal portions, making it 86 calories & 7g of protein each! 🙌🏼
