My fidget toys for anxiety, anxiety relief

These fidget toys have helped me through anxiety, autoimmune flares and any time I’ve felt antsy

My favorite ones right now are the magnet sliders and spiky balls

Pop its are always fun because every single one is unique, if you know, you know

Tangles are also really cool because they come in different textures and sizes

I have a few squishy stress balls and some sand plushies that are great for squishy textures

The ones on the last slide include a heavy metal box cube that folds inwards and outwards, the caterpillar is a wiggly toy and the geometric looking thing also folds in all sorts of directions

I know everyone is different and we all have different preferences but I recommend all of these! I go through different periods of using them and not using them and now I’m ready to add to my collection again.
