Sprouts haul

Sprouts is my place to go when I want to pick up some drinks. They carry olipop, kombucha, teas, juices and so many miscellaneous brands, I can always rely on finding something there.

Some of my favs are HOPLARK tea and olipop.

I recently tried the coconut cult probiotic yogurt AND IT WILL FOREVER BE ON MY LIST NOW.

I always take a look at the bakery because they have some unique items compared to Publix for example. I saw these Neapolitan cupcakes and HAD to give them a try. They are delish!

Out of all the grocery store sushi I’ve tried, sprouts has the best.

Really random but this peppermint soap is one of my favs because it reminds me of Christmas. I like to get it randomly just to give me that Christmas cheer in the middle of summer 😂

Some of the stuff I got was AIP compliant like the beef stick (maybe the jam) and the paleo puffs. I’ve spent this last week celebrating my birthday so I’m slowly getting back into the AIP diet and removing inflammatory foods. But I still managed to get these pop tarts 😂 I also had to pick up the Siete churro chips because I saw someone dip them in brownie hummus and I had to give it a try.
