Hello, Lovely Lemon8 Users!

If you happen to be thinking about catching a coach from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, here are a few important points to keep in mind.

Pros: 😃

1. Comfortable Seating: This coach definitely offer spacious, reclining seats with plenty of legroom, making the ride fairly comfortable for long journeys.

2. Pricing: Compared to flying or taking a private car, coach buses are much more economical. However I paid $70 (SGD) per pax which might be abit pricey for some but you can find budget-friendly options, especially if you're in a tight budget.

3. Convenient Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations: Many buses have strategic pick-up points within the city and drop you off at central locations in Kuala Lumpur, reducing the need for additional transport.

4. Onboard Facilities: This bus come equipped with amenities like Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, and Entertainment Systems. Also, there is complimentary water or snacks.

5. Scenic Views: The road to Kuala Lumpur offers some pleasant views, especially when passing through rural areas or crossing hills. Be sure to keep a Look-Out!

Cons: 😕

1. Traffic Delays: If you’re traveling during peak hours or weekends, you may face delays due to traffic congestion, particularly when entering Kuala Lumpur.

2. Variable Bus Quality: The condition of the bus can vary greatly depending on the company. Some coaches are modern and clean, while others may feel outdated, with worn seats or poor ventilation. Lucky for me, this bus was in pristine condition!

3. Limited Flexibility: Unlike driving your own car, you’re bound by the bus schedule. If there are any delays or if the bus makes multiple stops, your arrival time may be later than expected.

4. Air Conditioning: Some buses can have overly strong air conditioning, making the ride uncomfortably cold, so bringing a sweater or blanket is advised! (p.s. they do provide blankets throughout the ride)

Final Thoughts: 💭

Taking a Luxury Coach Bus to Kuala Lumpur is a good way of experiencing first class treatment and relatively stress-free way to travel. Just be mindful of the potential delays and variability in bus quality depending on the company you choose. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you're looking for a great bus ride experience to KL but honestly speaking for its price... I probably will be taking cheaper options in the future.
