What I eat as a breastfeeding mom!

I exclusively breastfeed my little one as well as pump to create a freezer stash for the future. Here is what a day of eating looks like for someone with an oversupply! I didn’t always have an oversupply, so this is what has personally helped me to establish a good routine (as well as effective milk removal!)
