My Sunday Big 3☀️

3 things I like to do every Sunday to take care of myself internally.

1) Spiritual Growth:

•reading a couple passages from the Bible.

2) Personal Growth:

•journaling thoughts from the week I’ve been carrying or things I want to work on in the coming week

3) Financial Growth:

•I go through my budget every Sunday to check in and see where I’ve spent money the previous week and how I’m progressing towards my financial goals.
