easy chicken fettuccine alfredo 🍝

what you need:

chicken cut in half

garlic powder, salt & pepper

flour

olive oil

fettuccine

butter

grated parmesan

1/2 block of cream cheese

1 cup heavy/whipping cream

1/4 cup chicken broth

minced garlic

recipe:

season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder

add olive oil over medium high heat in skillet with 1tbsp of butter

add chicken when pan is hot cook on both sides until cooked (about 5/6 min each side)

wipe pan

Add in the rest of the butter, the cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, and garlic on medium heat

add parmesan

add pasta and plate with chicken
