3 Places with Unique Views of NYC

The best thing about visiting New York City is there are so many unique places to see the city from above!

There are 3 places I think have incredible views of the city:

1. The High Line - this is an elevated park and greenway with so many viewpoints, exhibits, and seating arrangements throughout. It runs for 1.45 miles with its northernmost entrance being at 14th street and its southernmost entrance being at 33rd street and Hudson Yards. There are many entrances to the High Line along its route with most having both stairs and elevators available. I would recommend walking the entire length to get the full experience.

2. Rooftop Terrace at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library - this is an extension of the New York Public Library with a beautiful rooftop terrace and cafe. While not the largest outdoor rooftop in the city it still boasts beautiful views of midtown and a great place to catch up on work or hang out with friends.

3. Starchild Rooftop - if you want a chic dining/cocktail experience with gorgeous views of the city, this is the rooftop for you. It's situated 27 stories up and converts from glass enclosed to open air in minutes. On weekends, local DJs and artists completely transform the space!

These are just a few of my favorite places to visit for panoramic views of NYC and you should definitely add them to your itinerary for your next trip!
