Try sticking to simple meals and make note of what foods you are experiencing bloating after.
A very underrated cause of bloating is STRESS. Whether you’re already stressed out or eating in a stressed state (on the go, too quickly, etc) - this can affect your digestion and breakdown of food.
Another one that many people don’t think about - not eating enough can also be a major cause of bloating. Under eating for long periods of time can destroy your digestive system because your body wants to adapt to not enough food.
