Okay so there’s about 6 years between those 2 photos.

Remember, results take TIME + PATIENCE. We all want instant gratification but we have to learn to fall in love with the process because that’s where the real growth happens.

If you want to enjoy the process you have to do what works best for YOU and what you enjoy. There’s no one exercise that you MUST DO. There’s always an alternative or other variation..but here is a few movements that have been my absolute staples for the past few years.

-HIP THRUSTS

-SPLIT SQUAT

-KICKBACKS

-RDL

I know they work for me..that’s what this whole fitness thing is all about. Finding what works best for you and STICKING WITH IT.

Stop changing up your workouts every week. Find your staples and continue progressing. You do not need to shock your muscles every week/month. Just work on increasing the weight, reps, improving form..in those staple movements. If you ever get too bored..try switching up the variation..

For example..instead of DB RDL’s you could do barbell RDL’s one week. Although you do want to try to keep it pretty consistent week to week to allow consistent progression!

oh yeah and don’t be afraid to go to failure for at least 1 set of each exercise!

I always do 3-4 sets for everything.
