Come spend the day with me🩷

I took a mental health day today from work and filled it with fun and relaxing things today! Started with a morning walk with the dogs 🐾, followed by a Pilates session. 💪 Then, grabbed a delicious banana latte after class!

Then I grabbed some lunch with my bestie and followed that with going to the gym for some cardio. 🏃‍♀️

Now, ending the day painting pottery and watching TV 🎨📺❤️
