Sweet Snack Bites Recipe 👇

Ingredients

2 ¾ cup Rolled oats

½ cup peanut butter

2-4 Tbsp honey (I used 4, but these would’ve been just as good with less)

¼ cup collagen (optional)

1 scoop protein powder (I’m using Jim Stoppani’s oatmeal cookie plant protein powder)

5 deglet dates, chopped finely

1 ripe banana

Directions:

1. Microwave the peanut butter and honey together for about 20-30 seconds then mix until combined.

2. Put dry ingredients in a stand mixer and mix.

3. Add peanut butter/honey mixture, dates, and banana to the stand mixer and mix until well combined. If too sticky, add more oats.

By the way, you could modify this recipe to your liking. No collagen powder? Use more protein powder or leave out entirely. No Hemp seeds? Use chopped nuts or leave out entirely. If you leave out the protein powders and hemp seeds, you may need to add more oats for the right texture. Don’t like banana? Leave it out.

Macros for 1 bite:

5.6 g protein

16 g carbs

4 g fat

2 g fiber

It is totally reasonable to have 3 of these at a snack! Or, turn these into a meal alongside some raw veggies and Greek yogurt.
