Don’t settle for what others think you deserve

At the end of last year some changes were made at my job that just didn’t sit right with me, and I had the strongest gut feeling to start planning for a new job. During the time it took me to find a new job I learned a few things

❤️ others thoughts/opinions/image of you doesn’t not change your value! You know you’re worth and the right people/company/employer/etc will see that as well

💛 don’t change your standards for what others say you should should. (I had an interviewer tell me my standards were too high and I’d only be hired by someone if I lowered them)

💜 changes can be draining both physically and mentally but don’t let it affect your self-worth!

🩵 sometimes you need to hit rock bottom to see just how valuable you really are

🩷 when someone tell you, that your worth it, believe them!

💚NEVER settle! Always go for what you know you deserve!
