my go-to FALL ACTIVITIES

Don’t let it be Novemeber/December and regret not ENJOYING the FALL!

I am soaking up every ounce of fall that I can because it might be my favorite season. As a health and wellness lover in Boston, these are some of my favorite activities to slow down, enjoy fall, and practice a little bit of balance in your life.

First, fall movie night! (I do this like every night lol). Put on a comfort movie, I always choose Disney, and light a fall candle and get some snacks! I love doing this with friends and also love watching football too. Football is such a fall thing to me and sets the cozy vibes.

Next, bake some pumpkin goodies to satisfy those fall taste buds AND to make your house smell so good. I made these from scratch with a friend while listening to TAYLOR SWIFT and the the vibes were RIGHT.

Last but not least, a hot girl walk outside to soak up all the amazing fall weather!
