is running first thing in the morning something you dread? does it make you feel exhausted and drained? that’s how it made me feel! i thought it was just a personal failure until i started doing research into HOW and WHY exercise is supposed to help with anxiety— and why it wasn’t working for me!! since switching to runs later in the day, i’ve noticed a change in both my anxiety symptoms and my run quality. now, most days i feel energized and accomplished after my runs and excited for the next one! i hope this lil info drop can help other anxious girlies out there 🫶
