my fav is the Yappari Steak (top blade), got the 200g one for $23.80 and it was so thicccc, succulent and so so good with a pinch of salt! #shiok this is a lean cut and it’s not gamey too! i’ll be back for this!! Yappari Steak Singapore prides themselves in serving quality steak at affordable prices! honestly, worth every penny!

if you prefer a fattier cut, you can try the Zabuton Steak (chuck tail flap) or the Nakaochi Karubi Steak (rib finger - this one is also more chewy!) the Hamburg steak was so good btw — 2 pcs for $16.80! love the charred bits when we cooked it a little longer on the stone plate.
