Have you heard of this stunning hidden gem?

Kitch-iti-kipi is located in the northern peninsula of Michigan, just northwest of Manistique. Tucked away in the forest, this attraction is open to the public in the summer & fall. It costs $9 per car to enter which is totally worth it considering you won’t find anything else quite like this in the midwest! It is Michigan’s largest natural freshwater spring, which surprised me considering how many bodies of water there are in the area.

Hop on the raft which lasts around 10-15 minutes to go across the spring and view the crystal clear water beneath your feet through the glass bottom! If you’re the only person on the raft, you’ll need to take the wheel as it’s self-propelled. Even when the line is long you won’t need to wait too long due to the number of people that can fit on the raft.
