my gel mani inspo archive 🫶🏻☁️

hi guys! i thought i’d do a compilation of some of the past manicures i’ve done over the years - i always only get gel polish with no extensions or fake nails since i don’t like having my nails too long and i love the look of gel manis!

🤍 design tips

i always do 2 plain colours and one accent and i usually scatter the colours in order to make it look varied while still keeping it simple! i always go for nudes, pinks, browns and whites but this also works for other colour pairings!

✨ accent nails

adding an accent nail on each hand gives the mani a lot more dimension and i usually like doing glitter or cat’s eye effects on my accent nail! however, it’s also a good idea to try some simple nail art on one nail which can be cheaper to do compared to all 10 nails!

☁️ where i do my nails

i always go to namaste beauty at york hotel since my mum and i share a package with them! they have a good range of nudes that i love to choose from. however they only do mainly gel or regular nail polish mani/pedis and i think they don’t offer acrylics or extensions, so it’s something to note!
