Recently, I got back from a Watsons event focused on self-care. Thank you watsons for inviting me watsons. 🫠🫶

It was really amazing because they shared fantastic products for our well-being. Today, I want to talk about why self-care is so important, especially for women. ☺️

Self-care is essential for our well-being. It boosts physical health by enhancing immunity and reducing disease risk. Mentally, it helps reduce stress and anxiety, allowing us to recharge and improve focus. Self-care also enhances our relationships by fostering self-awareness and healthy boundaries. It builds confidence, increases self-esteem, and promotes a positive mindset. Additionally, it aids in processing emotions effectively and prevents burnout by managing stress. Lastly, self-care encourages personal growth by allowing us to explore our interests and passions. Remember, taking care of yourself is important, not selfish!

And here are 3 of my favorite body care products that you should try.

1. 🛀🚿 MILK BAOBAB Perfume Body Wash Baby Powder: This body wash is amazing! The scent is just divine, and I’ve been using it for a while now. It features notes of orange peel, iris, magnolia, sandalwood, vanilla, and ambergris. Plus, it contains 6-fold Hyaluronic Acid to maximize hydration and prevent dryness.

2. 🧽🧼 Dirtyworks Scrub: This scrub smells incredible! It’s made from natural coconut exfoliants, pumice, and peach seed powder, gently scrubbing your skin. It also contains moisture magnets like Shea Butter, Vitamin E, and Sweet Almond Oil to smooth and condition your skin after every use. I totally love this scrub!

3. 🧚‍♀️ Enya Menstrual Heating Patches: I’m really intrigued by this product. They are 8cm x 10cm and can reach up to 60°C for up to 5 hours of use. They heat up when exposed to air and are individually wrapped for convenience. They’re also eco-friendly and compostable, plus adhesive for easy use over garments. Enya offers other options too, like normal pads and cups, which I love because they’re super soft and easy to use.
