Biker Tips 101

Are you a beginner rider or want to start riding? Here’s a few tips to get you started.

- Buy a bike that you feel comfortable on. So many people like myself have bought a small bike r3 or ninja 400.

- Do not buy a r3 or ninja 400. You’ll be fine on a 600. Many dealerships will recommend a 600 as you’ll outgrow the small bikes way to fast.

- Practice in a parking lot. We all started learning in a parking lot so you won’t be alone.

- YouTube is your best friend. I am self taught by watching YouTube. I have 3 years of seat time now.

- look into your turns. Always look where you wanna go. If you don’t you’ll go into the nearest thing to you. Trust me I’ve been there.

- Always ride with caution. Be aware and vigilant of your surroundings at all times.

- Don’t ever go outside your comfort zone until you are ready. Others will try to push you to go faster and ride harder. Do not listen. Listen, do what you are comfortable with. Peer pressure kills.

- Always wave to other bikers. It’s a sign of respect we have.
