I've been practicing with Hale Yoga for close to 2 years now, and this place feels like home. It is a simple studio with basic amenities - lockers, a toilet, changing rooms, and a water dispenser.

What makes this place special is the instructors. It is daunting to try out a new activity, but so far, every instructor has been encouraging, and they will usually go around the class to spot and guide students. So if you're a beginner, don't worry; make sure you go for the aerial vinyasa class or aerial silk stretch. Those classes are beginner friendly! ☺️

Practicing aerial yoga is one of the best ways for me to stay present and release stress. I enjoy the challenge and the thrill of nailing a pose.
