Where To See Art 🖼️ In May!

Pics 2 & 7: The graduates 🎓 of LASALLE are putting on a feast for the eyes 👁️ 👁️, with works from the Masters & Diploma students respectively. While you’re at the MA showcase, pop by this other exhibition by the Bachelors (runs until 6 May) programme students! Don’t sleep on the MA & BA shows as they’ll be gone soon 🥺

Pic 3: Cabin Fever presents our transit routines via audiovisual elements and is a collaborative effort by 4 artists. Here only for a week 😣 RUN

Pic 4: Another student showcase by the graduates of NTU. Also located in Somerset area, it’s the perfect pit stop amidst your hang in town!

Pic 5: Presented by works from 8 artists, check this out if you’re into nature and paintings.

Pic 6: s t a r c h is back with another showcase! This time, re-looking at masculinity in photographic form.

Pic 8: Housed in Yeo Workshop , Entangled Attachments explores non binary through various art forms. There is an ongoing exhibition (runs till 7 May) happening before this, which takes a look at everyday things taking on different forms, as time passes. Not to be missed as well.

Pic 9: A historical homage to Indian textiles at one of the reopened gallery spaces at ACM. Design studio Magicfruit curated the design for them and it’s something I’m looking forward to see!

Pic 10: Visual artist Bettina Schleier is back with another exhibition at 63 Spottiswoode. Her artworks are future-driven with elements of technology embedded. Another exhibition is housed within the same space, so be sure to check them out too!

Many Ways Home 🏠 is Joi Murugavell’s first solo exhibition on our sunny shores! I love her quirky art and can’t wait to see them for myself irl!! Opening from 5 May to 20 June, 12-6PM daily
