Hopscotch - Affordable Restaurant W Unique Drink

Found this restaurant and had a good experience without any planning; when we were hanging out at Garden By The Bay, it was quite late, but we still needed to eat something. It was around 10 pm, and finding a store or restaurant took a lot of work. After walking around, I felt lucky to see this restaurant still opening and serving customers, so I decided to try it!

It was Hopscotch restaurant; Hopscotch was founded in 2014 by former Bar Stories bartenders Roger, Louis, Kino, and Joel. The bar, which previously only served alcoholic beverages, was located within the courtyards of the Red Dot Traffic building. While no longer amongst the CBD's bustling city, Hopscotch is now found yet close enough at a larger and stand-alone premise that is closer to the serene nature and delivers an out-of-town experience.

They have some outlets around Singapore: Gillman Barracks, Capitol, and Garden By The Bay. It was unexpected when we were the last order, hahaha.

The first step into the restaurant, there are big and cozy places and very spacious. The bar counter is also huge; they decorated some rainbow lighting, making it colorful. On the ceilings have some fake plants decorated around the restaurant making the inside look like a mini garden.

What did I order?

✨ Fish & Chip: The best option when you are super hungry !! Y'all can see the picture, it was super huge, and I don't think one person can finish it; the fish slice was so crispy inside and tender outside. The French fries were very crispy also, the skinny thin kind which I prefer.

✨ Cereal Chicken Bites: Idk what they put inside, but the flavors of this dish are so delicious, sweet, and flavourful. A MUST TRY when you come here.

✨ Summe Fling: Come to this cocktail, I had to take quite a while to keep looking into the menu; they have so many many different cocktail styles with various decorations, and they are super unique and special. Instead of normal cocktail glasses, they use more special things like a vase or a boat, which is very creative. My first time eating iced wine, and it was kinda interesting 💗

If you are looking for places to try special drinks, you must save this restaurant and take one day to visit. I definitely will come back to try other Cocktails options.
