Hello darlings! It’s Farah D. Everyone know that the K-wave had took over the trends by a storm. Not only in music, drama, and beauty, but also in Fashion! Some of you ladies might want to try wearing Korean style outfits but don’t know how, especially for those hijabis out there.

Styling a Korean fit is quite easy if you know how. They mostly use a pastel or neutral and muted colour palette. Some of the staples you’ll need are blazers or coats, button-up shirts, knitwear, skirts or dress, baggy jeans and trousers, also a white sneakers and boots.

For your reference:

H: 163cm

W: 46kg

Look 1

- For this look I went for the cute Korean style look. First you’ll need a cute flowy skirt or dress, and a cardigan. Here I’m wearing a floral dress underneath a fluffy cardigan. Then I pair it up with a knee-high boots in black and a mini crossbody bag, because is it even Korean fashion without boots? 😆

Look 2

- You’ll see most Korean wearing this kind of fit on the street. Combining the staples by wearing a white button-up shirt underneath a blazer, and tucked it in a wide jeans. Finish it up with an ankle boots and a classic shoulder bag. To add a little touch you can actually fold the leg of your pants a lil bit to show off your boots. Some even tucked in their pants inside the boots.

Look 3

- This is the cozy kinda preppy Korean look. I feel like Korean are the one who popularised the knitwear on top of a shirt look. So here you’ll need a white button-up shirt underneath a knitwear or sweater, and tucked it in your pants. Preferably a trousers with a belt on top, but I don’t have one so I choose to wear my wide jeans instead. You can also wear a knitted vest on top instead of a sweater. Then just finish off with a sneakers and shoulder bag.

Look 4

- For the final look, is what I would say the classic Korean style. It’s a more simple and casual, but trendy look. All you need is a turtleneck to wear underneath your coat or long blazer, and pair it up with a baggy blue jeans. To finish it up, wear a pair of white sneakers and crossbody bag, which are the K-style classics.

Hope this helps! Until then ladies 🖤
