Returning to Pole Dance

I started Pole Dancing 2 years ago!

I fell in LOVE. I went to class regularly, progressed into tricks and was preparing to start my competition training journey.

Right before I began training for a competition I sustained an injury from overtraining.

I took 8 months off. Lost strength and confidence. Im starting completely over.

I’m back! But this time I’m taking it slow and enjoying the journey.
