3 things I’d never do as a nurse

#1 - I would never smoke or do drugs :

The reason I say this is because I deal with a lot of patients that have vascular/ cardiac issues due to smoking/ drug use. If They told me when I was younger that there was a possibility that if I smoked that my foot could get cut off or I could die of a heart attack or that I’d have no teeth due to heart issues etc I’d be terrified. Plus it just makes you age faster and who wants that ?!

#2 - I’d never drink energy drinks / coffee EVERYDAY

I personally try to limit these things because they tend to have a long-term risk for heart problems . Coffee eventually stains the teeth and turns them brown as well anyways and energy drinks have a ton of adverse effects like jitteriness and causing your heart to pump weird. Honestly they both affect your teeth…

#3 -I’d never use scented feminine products

First of all what in the world ?! Are you trying to give yourself a yeast infection or BV using those products ? They can cause all kinds of vaginal issues . I’m real sensitive as well so I stay far far away from it .
