1) Figure out who your customers are. It's most likely people that you can relate to.

2) Be honest with yourself, are you going to show up for your business every day? If so, make your daily to do list consistent and only add to it once you mastered what you're currently doing.

3) Hire help when you can afford it, first thing you should stop doing is packing orders if you're in the ecomm field. If you're service based, hire someone for customer care & support.

4) Never get too comfortable, this is the zone where people tend to get stuck as they lose their consistency & drive.
