Gochujang Honey Air Fried Chicken Wings

𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 (adapted from @cj.eats_ )

chicken chops (chop into drumette & chicken wings/wingette)

oil

salt & pepper

corn starch

𝙜𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙪𝙟𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙨𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚

2 tbsp of oil

3 cloves of garlic, grated

2 tbsp of grated ginger

1/4 cup of gochujang pastw

1/4 cup of honey

2 tbsp of brown sugar

2 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp of rice vinegar

2 tbsp of water

𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥𝙨

1. Toss chicken with oil, salt & pepper and corn starch until well coated

2. Air fry the chicken in Ninja Foodi (checkout the link in my bio) >>> Air Crisp function for 20min

3. For the sauce, combine the sauce ingredients listed above and simmer until thicken

4. Coat the air fried chicken with the sauce throughly

5. Sprinkle with some white sesame seeds & enjoy with ur fav Korean Drama ✨
